01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the PowHER Play platform and participating in our athletic sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PowHER Play management.

02 Membership and Bookings

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Access to sessions is contingent upon a valid active subscription or a confirmed drop-in pass. All sessions must be booked in advance via the player dashboard. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of that session credit. Recurring no-shows may lead to membership review.

03 Code of Conduct

PowHER Play is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for women. Members agree to:

• Respect fellow players, coaches, and staff at all times.
• Maintain high standards of sportsmanship during competitive play.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.

We reserve the right to terminate memberships immediately and without refund for individuals who violate this code of conduct.

04 Health and Liability Waiver

By participating in Pickleball, Basketball, or Fitness sessions, you acknowledge the inherent physical risks involved in sports activities. Waiver: You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation. You agree that PowHER Play, its founders, and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of our sessions.

05 Equipment and Facility Use

Members are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided by coaches regarding equipment use. Any damage caused to facility property or community equipment through gross negligence or intentional misuse will be the financial responsibility of the member involved.

06 Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

A membership grants 8 sessions to be used within a maximum of 9 weeks from the date of activation. To activate a membership, a valid Transaction ID/UTR must be submitted through the portal for manual verification. Refunds: Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the cycle has begun. Pro-rated refunds or session carry-overs are handled on a case-by-case basis at the absolute discretion of PowHER Play management.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the PowHER Play website, including logos, designs, and articles, is the property of PowHER Play. Members may not use our branding for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

08 Modifications to Service

PowHER Play reserves the right to modify session timings, venues, or coaching assignments as necessary for the operational success of the community. We will provide reasonable notice of such changes via the dashboard or email.
